Human resources
Around 10,000 staff are working on the project, and they range from doctors, veterinarians, religious supervisors, administrators, butchers and general assistants, legal Islamic centers & Halal organizations as well as a technical team assigned with the facilities' maintenance, operation, management, supply and medical care of the staff. The Project is in charge of the proper administrative preparations to overcome all difficulties encountered during the management of a project like this at a specific time to carry out an accurate and vital assignment.

To provide muslims all over the world and pilgrims with facilities to perform Hady and Fidyah nusuk (devotion) as well as Udhiyah and Sadaqah with delivery or on behalf of them for those willing Muslims and the distribution of meat among the beneficiaries.
